Account Overview

To add something to your subscription:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click My Account  
  3. Click Manage Subscriptions 
  4. Select Edit for the subscription you’d like to make changes to
  5. Under Try Something New!, you’ll see our different product options listed. Select the item you are wanting by selecting Add, then selecting Add One-Time or Add Subscription
  6. A menu will pop up so that you can select your product preferences! For one-time purchases, you can adjust the quantity and variant (i.e. crumbles vs. pellets, or Hometown Harvest Grubblies vs. World Harvest Grubblies). For new subscriptions, you can adjust the quantity and variants as well, but you’ll also have a spot to select your preferred frequency in which you’d receive your new item. 
  7. After making any needed changes, select Add Product    
  8. If 1, 2, 3, or 6 months is not the ideal frequency for you and your fluffy ones, you can adjust this to any number of days, weeks, or months by going back into your account and editing your subscription. See instructions for Changing Delivery if you’d like some additional Grubbly assistance!

To remove something from your subscription:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click My Account  
  3. Click Manage Subscriptions 
  4. Select Edit for the subscription you’d like to make changes to, or select Manage Add-On to make changes to a one-time item
  5. For subscription items, select Cancel Subscription, select a reason for canceling if you would like to share with us, select Proceed, add additional comments in the comments box if you would like to share additional feedback, then select Cancel My Subscription to remove the item
  6. For add-on items, select Delete Product (you'll see this above 'Try Something New!') then confirm you'd like to remove the item by selecting Delete 

To order now:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click My Account  
  3. Click Manage Subscriptions
  4. Select Edit for the subscription you’d like to make changes to
  5. Select Order Now below the picture of your subscription item

***** If you need to apply coupons or discounts, please follow those steps in the Redeeming Rewards section BEFORE ordering now. Once you click that button, your order will automatically process. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is submitted! *****

To skip a shipment:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click My Account 
  3. Select Manage Subscriptions
  4. Select Edit for the subscription you’d like to make changes to
  5. To skip your next shipment, select Skip Shipment 

To reschedule a shipment:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click My Account 
  3. Select Manage Subscriptions
  4. Select Edit for the subscription you’d like to make changes to
  5. To change the date of your next shipment, select Next Charge Date to set your new date, then select Update Next Shipment Date
  6. If you are needing to change both your frequency and submission date, be sure to change your preferred date LAST 

Changing the frequency of your shipment:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click My Account 
  3. Select Manage Subscriptions
  4. Select Edit for the subscription you’d like to make changes to
  5. To change your frequency select Delivery Schedule, adjust your number in the drop-down menu if needed and select your frequency type (days, weeks, or months), then select Update
  6. If you are needing to change both your frequency and submission date, be sure to change your preferred date LAST 

Changing the quantity of your shipment:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click My Account
  3. Click Manage Subscriptions
  4. Select Edit for the subscription you’d like to make changes to
  5. Select the product you are currently subscribed to (above Order Now
  6. Adjust the quantity to your preferred number for your fluffy ones
  7. Then select Update

Changing or swapping the item in your order:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click My Account
  3. Click Manage Subscriptions
  4. Select Edit for the subscription you’d like to make changes to
  5. Select the product you are currently subscribed to (above Order Now
  6. Click on Swap Product
  7. Search for or select the item you are wanting to exchange
  8. On the next screen, make any additional changes to the quantity, frequency, and variants that you'd prefer, then select Swap Product to complete your changes 

Redeeming and adding a rewards code to your shipment:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click My Account
  3. Click Open Rewards
  4. Select Redeem Now
  5. It will automatically be set to $5 (100 points), but you have the option to redeem $10 (200 points) or $15 (300 points) - just swipe to the left to redeem higher tiers if you have the eggstra points!
  6. Then select Redeem, then click Yes
  7. Your code will appear, and you can copy it to use on your next subscription order
  8. Go back to My Account 
  9. Select Edit for the subscription you'd like to apply this code to
  10. Select Apply Discount (above 'Try Something New!')
  11. Paste your code into the discount box, then select Add Discount 

***** If you already have a discount or rewards coupon applied to your next shipment, the Apply Discount button will be missing from your account page *****

Updating your payment method:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click My Account  
  3. Click Manage Subscriptions 
  4. Select Payment Methods from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen (right below Grubbly Farms)
  5. Select Edit for the payment method you wish to update and Send Update Email to receive an email to update your payment method. You can do this for each card you have on file for your subscriptions 
  6. You can also add a payment method by selecting Add Payment Method at the top of the screen, filling in your new payment information, and selecting Add Payment Method once more to confirm you’d like to add your new information.  

Updating your shipping address:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click My Account
  3. Select Manage Subscriptions
  4. Click Shipping Addresses from the drop-down menu at the top of the page
  5. Click on the drop-down v (carrot symbol) to expand the subscription you’d like to make changes to
  6. Then select Edit Shipping Address, change your address, and click Save
  7. If you have multiple subscriptions, you will need to make these changes to each one to fully update your account preferences for you and your fluffy ones!

Changing your email address:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click My Account
  3. Click Manage Subscriptions 
  4. Select Edit for any of your subscriptions - updating your email address for one subscription will update your email for all of your subscriptions! 
  5. Select Email Address, located below the black 'order now' and 'skip shipment' buttons
  6. Update your email in the pop-up box, then select Update to save your changes

    Cancelling your Subscription:

    1. Log in to your account 
    2. Click My Account
    3. Click Manage Subscriptions 
    4. Select Edit for the subscription you’d like to cancel
    5. Select Cancel Subscription below your account details (shipping address, payment method, email address, and account phone). Then select your reason for canceling, and click Proceed
    6. Add any additional comments you’d like to share in the comments box, then click Cancel My Subscription
    7. To cancel more than one subscription, follow these steps for each one you’d like to have canceled.
