TRUFF Original Hot Sauce is a mild to medium heat hot sauce, coming in at about 2500 SHU. TRUFF Black Truffle Oil and TRUFF Black Truffle Salt have no heat at all.
IS IT GLUTEN FREE AND VEGAN?
Yes. All three products are 100% Gluten-Free and Vegan.
REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING?
We recommend refrigerating our Original Hot Sauce since we do not use any preservatives in our formula. However, there is no need to refrigerate TRUFF Black Truffle Oil or TRUFF Black Truffle Salt.
