Thank you for shopping with Grubbly Farms! We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please review the details below so you know what to expect after placing your order.
Shipping Rates & Thresholds
We offer simple, transparent shipping rates:
• Orders under $40: Flat rate of $7.00
• Orders $40 and over (after discounts): FREE standard shipping
• Subscriptions: Same free shipping threshold applies ($40+) unless otherwise noted in your subscription terms
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and applied to your order total before tax.
Shipping Carrier
All Grubbly Farms orders are shipped via FedEx, USPS, or UPS. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery. Note: you cannot select a specific carrier at checkout.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the following business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Once shipped, most orders within the contiguous United States arrive within:
• 3–5 business days for standard shipping
• Expedited options may be available at checkout for faster delivery
Grubbly Farms currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or internationally. We are also unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Subscription Orders
If you’re a Grubbly Farms subscriber, your orders are automatically processed and shipped on your chosen billing cycle. The same shipping rates and processing windows apply to subscription orders.
You can manage your subscription — including pausing, skipping, or canceling — by logging into your account or contacting our support team before your next order processes.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of shipment. You can track your package directly at the carrier’s website using the number provided.
If you haven’t received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder before reaching out to us.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to get your order out quickly, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to:
• High order volumes during promotions or holidays
• Carrier delays outside of our control
• Severe weather or natural disasters
Grubbly Farms is not responsible for delays caused by FedEx or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Shipping Issues & Damages
If there’s a problem with your order, please reach out to our care team at hello@grubblyfarms.com with your order number and we’ll make it right.
• Damaged items: If your order arrives with damaged packaging or products, contact us immediately and include photos of the damage along with your order number.
• Incorrect items: If you receive the wrong product, reach out within 30 days of delivery so we can correct the error.
• Missing packages: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, wait 1–2 days — carriers occasionally mark items as delivered prematurely. If it still hasn’t appeared, please contact us.
Grubbly Farms will work with you to resolve issues as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Grubbly Farms is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@grubblyfarms.com. We can only make address changes before an order has been fulfilled.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Because we aim to process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or canceled once it has been placed. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at hello@grubblyfarms.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you before the order is fulfilled.
