I started with the black got Grubblies last June when I first got my chicks. That's how I got the little buggers to understand that they could trust me! This is sweet Henrietta enjoying your Grubblies very much!
I leave a dish out for my wild Opossums that come in my yard just to lend a helping hand. Henrietta is a grown up baby from one of the pregnant Mom’s who ate your Grubblies every night last year!
It is so good for them with 2:1 ratio of Ca:P .. I think rehabbers should use these for their Opossums to help prevent MBD. It’s also like taking a multi vitamin because they are so packed with vitamins and minerals.

Grubblies are harvested on grub farms in the USA & Canada. All of our grubs are raised in strict adherence to EU standards, the highest grub standards in the world. Unlike some farms that can sometimes feed grubs a host of questionable food sources, our grubs consume only pre-consumer fruits, veggies, and grains, ensuring nothing harmful passes through to your pet except clean protein and top-notch nutrition.

While we’re committed to a natural approach for naturally healthy chickens, currently, there are no black soldier fly grub farms that grow organic grubs. Grubblies are grown on fruits, veggies, and grains from farms, restaurants, and grocery stores that would normally go to waste. These pre-consumer products are non-organic, therefore, our grubs cannot be considered organic. However, you can rest assured they are fed a healthy, balanced diet that never includes post-consumer waste or farm manure.
Grubblies are all-natural, free of GMOs! However, we do not hold a Non-GMO certification from the Non-GMO Project.

Many flock owners feed their feathered friends Grubblies as a tasty, fun, healthy way to supplement their girls’ calcium and protein. In fact, grubs have a 34% protein level. They’re also rich in calcium with 50x more calcium than mealworms.
This comes in handy throughout the year, but especially during and after molting season and in winter when chickens benefit from more protein.

Serve up to ¼ cup per adult bird as a daily snack. When molting, supplement your feed with a double serving of protein-packed Grubblies. For chicks, give 1-2 pinches daily - just like they would get in nature. Serve with chick grit and access to fresh water. Introduce new foods gradually and give your flock access to grit to aid digestion.
